It helps us to establish important information about your company, how you use Exact Macola and to understand your “vision” as it relates to production planning.

4. Discovery Meeting/Pre Demo: An experienced Visual Planner consultant will talk through your issues, goals, and appraise your current production processes. A high level demonstration is often provided at this stage. Our consultants have spent many years working with and supporting Macola, so they can quickly identify areas where a combination of Visual Planner and minor changes to the way Macola is used can make significant improvements for the business. Occasionally a customer has a unique requirement that needs to be considered and sometimes added to the standard solution. It is at this stage that any customization/composites are identified.

5. Solution Presentation: Our Visual Planner consultant will present the solution to you at a detailed level using your data. This can be done on your Macola test company or via our servers. There is nothing like seeing your data being scheduled in our product. It helps you to really understand how the system will work for you. You will quickly see how easy it is to use, how well integrated it is and all the other benefits that the software provides. The next step would be for you to decide whether to move forward and plan the implementation in detail.

6. Implementation: Once a clear understanding of the project is identified, our team will work with your project management team to create a detailed plan to ensure the success of the implementation.
